In the course of determining your qualifications for employment, ZIGZAG Offshoring will collect and process personal data relating to you, your relations and character reference. These Personal Data include information for identification and other personal circumstances, contact information, employment preferences, educational and employment background, personality attributes, skills, licenses, certifications, credientials, organizations, affiliations and other information, whether government or personal. Collection of personal data shall be made through various channels such as third-party background checks, your application forms, interviews, online tests, assessments and interviews as you have accomplished. ...
With your signature, you voluntarily agree to allow ZigZag to (1) collect and process your personal data, as provided under applicable laws, regulations and ZigZag's company policies, and their hiring partners for purposes of recruitment and background checks; (2) Make your personal data available to ZigZag, its affiliates and partners for the same recruitment and hiring process as above; (3) Make your personal data available and to allow ZigZag and its affiliates and partners also to make your personal data available to (a) third parties who provide products or services to ZigZag or its affiliates and partners for the same hiring purposes as described above; and (b) To other third parties, where required or permitted by law, including regulatory authorities, government agencies and other parties wit whom you voluntarily transact;
You also confirm that before providing us with the Personal Data character references, you have obtained their consent to (1) you collecting their Personal data; (2) you sharing the same with ZigZag, it affiliates and partners and the third parties indicated there and (3) to the processing for the purposes of hiring you, of their personal data by ZigZag and its affiliates and partners indicated above.
The Personal Data will be retained in ZigZag’s records as part of its potential talent pool for a maximum period of five (5) years. Unless retention for a longer period is required for reasonable causes, the disposition of Personal Data shall, upon the lapse of the five (5) year retention period, shall be effected by ZigZag in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You and your contacts are entitled to certain rights in relation to the Personal Data that may be collected from you and from your contacts, including right to access, correction and to object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission in case of violation of your and your contacts’ rights as data subject. You may consult the ZigZag Data Privacy Officer for any concerns regarding your Personal Data.
